Wokingham welcomes REME for Freedom of the Town march
Brigadier Stephen Matthews DL attended on behalf of the Lord-Lieutenant as the Corps of Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers returned to Wokingham to exercise the Freedom of the Town.
