Dr Stefan Fafinski DL

Stefan Fafinski is a senior public lawyer and Parole Board Chair, specialising in prison and public law.

He has undertaken many years of voluntary service in the charity and education sectors. He is Chair of the The Inside Out Trust, and a trustee of Prior’s Court Foundation in West Berkshire. He recently completed a seven-year term as Chair of the WCIT Charity, which promotes digital inclusion and education across the UK.

In 2025 Stefan was appointed to the Community and Voluntary Service Honours Committee, part of the UK Honours system. A Past Master of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists and a Freeman of the City of London, he maintains strong civic, charitable and judicial links across Berkshire and the City.
