Brigadier Stephen Matthews DL FRSA

Brigadier Matthews was commissioned into the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers from RMA Sandhurst in 1973, becoming Commandant of the REME Training Group at Arborfield Garrison from 1999-2002.  He was Chief Executive of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers, 2006-2021. He has also been actively involved with the Army Benevolent Fund in Berkshire.
