Paul Dick Esq. OBE JP DL

Paul has had a very successful career in education, and for almost 30 years he was the headteacher of a large and extremely successful comprehensive school. He specialised in assisting schools in difficulty, due to his passion for improving the life chances of young people. Paul was a National Leader in Education, the winner of the Outstanding Leadership in the South of England and was awarded an OBE for services to education.

Paul has been a sitting JP since 1994 and holds a range of trustee positions in various charities. He is currently the Chairman of Reading YMCA, an elected West Berkshire Councillor and an active and enthusiastic senior county football referee.

Paul is married with three adult children.
