Dr Stefan Fafinski DL

Stefan Fafinski is a senior public lawyer and Parole Board Chair, specialising in prison and public law.

He has dedicated almost three decades to voluntary service in the charity and education sectors. Stefan is Chair of the The Inside Out Trust, a trustee of Prior’s Court Foundation in West Berkshire, and is the outgoing Chair of the WCIT Charity, which promotes digital inclusion and education nationwide.

In 2025 he was appointed to the Community and Voluntary Service Honours Committee, part of the UK Honours system. A Past Master of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists and a Freeman of the City of London, he maintains strong civic, charitable and judicial links across Berkshire.
