The Lord-Lieutenant of the Royal County of Berkshire hosted a very special Garden Party, bringing together some of the county’s Unsung Heroes – individuals whose quiet service helps to make their local communities better places to live and work.
Held in the beautiful surroundings of Stanlake Park Wine Estate, the event was an opportunity to thank and celebrate those who give their time, energy and commitment to supporting others, often without seeking recognition.
The Lord-Lieutenant was joined by the High Sheriff of Berkshire, Ren Kapur MBE, members of the Berkshire Lieutenancy, and the Lord-Lieutenant’s Cadets, Cadet RSM Adam Stirling and Cadet Flight Sergeant Harry Turner-Knight.
It was a joyful and uplifting occasion, recognising the people whose kindness, dedication and community spirit make such a difference across Berkshire.
Thank you to all our wonderful guests – you do amazing work.
