Julian Walker TD DL, Deputy Lieutenant of Berkshire was delighted to represent The Berkshire Lieutenancy at the Sandhurst Town Council Civic Service and Community Awards on Sunday 14 April. Alexander Barfield, the High Sheriff of Berkshire, was also in attendance.
