Mrs Lucy Zeal DL joined more than 100 current and former volunteers, supporters, partners and staff at Wokingham Volunteer Centre’s 50th Anniversary Celebration event on Thursday 8 August at Wokingham Cricket Club.
It was great to take a look back at where the Centre had come from, how it had grown and developed over the past half century and celebrate the many successes delivered by a hugely dedicated team of volunteers in that time, making a real difference to the lives of so many local residents.
